$18-$23 PER HOUR
1st Shift 6:30 am- 5 pm Monday to Thursday with Overtime on Friday 6:30 am to 3 pm and Saturday 6:30 am to 12 pm as needed for production

Summary:
The Van Team Lead is responsible to ensure the Mickey Truck Body manufacturing process is running safely and efficiently to meet the expectations and needs of the customer. They need to lead and motivate the team to meet or exceed the production schedule.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Administer consistently and fairly Mickey Truck Bodies policies and procedures
- Motivate, Train, and Develop team members
- Deliver supreme internal and external customer service
- Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to read and interpret data
- Ability to write reports
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Ability to consistently meet performance goals around core objectives of Safety, Quality and Production
- Maintain clean and safe workspace, while achieving productivity and quality standards.
Required Education, Knowledge & Skills:
- Previous manufacturing experience (vehicle production a plus)
- Previous supervisory experience (team lead, supervisor etc)
- Ability to read a tape measure is required
- Blueprint reading
- Work Order Interpretation
- Follow production schedules
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate clearly
- Requires ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Requires ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, crawl, and kneel
- Specific vision ability required includes close, distance, color, and peripheral vision with depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
Manufacturing work environment that has frequent exposure to fumes or airborne particles, noise intensity level, proximity to moving mechanical parts and exposure to weather.
