Associate Site Manager - West Elm
In our Associate Site Manager role, you will be is responsible for coordinating delivery of strategic eCommerce initiatives and establishing strong relationships with our brand and technology partners. This includes: organizing digital initiatives across both front and back-end systems, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure a flawless launch. Success in this role is defined by a keen attention to detail, experience managing cross-functional project plans, the ability to multi-task and prioritize, and a desire to build on your knowledge of a complex digital-first organization.
Essential Functions:
- Organize initiatives across the eCommerce organization, collaborating with Merchants, Copy, Photography Production, and other key business partners
- Develop project lifecycles from defining business objectives and project plan tasks to organizing successful execution and deployment
- Support and maintain project plans to monitor and track progress for external and internal stakeholders. Ensure deliverables are on track and deadlines are met while communicating project risks and planning
- Build subject matter expertise across Product and Finding-related ecommerce initatives across site experience and back-end tools
- Routinely QA site, assist in organizing and facilitating business user acceptance testing and assist bug/fix resolution
- Prioritize enhancements to improve user tooling
- Coordinate Special Projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail consistent accuracy is a must
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
- Project management skills with background in process, technical or business acumen
- 3-5 years of project management experience with at least 3 years in an eCommerce environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Be team player with "can do" attitude

The expected starting pay range for this position is $85,000-$90,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
