Team Leader/Supervisor

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Leader. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed - Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively - Monitor team performance and provide feedback to help improve productivity and quality of work - Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring that work is distributed evenly - Maintain open lines of communication with team members, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and ensure smooth operations - Assist in recruiting and hiring new team members as needed - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures - Handle customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Qualifications: - Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is required - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Knowledge of store management principles is preferred - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions Skills: - Training development - Recruiting - Organizational skills - Phone etiquette - Leadership abilities - Supervising experience - Shift management We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
