Summary

 

Leads configuring, maintaining and generating reports and dashboards to support decision making processes, improve efficiency, and workflows. Partner with cross functional partners to enable effective measurement, analysis, and actionable insights across pricing, product, and performance domains. Perform complex work operating various data applications and the collection of information, analysis of data and generation of reports.

 

Essential Functions

 

  • Understand requirements necessary to build, maintain and optimize key reports necessary to support the business and prioritize report builds accordingly within different systems.
  • Partner with IT and outside vendors to design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually compelling dashboards to measure and analyze pricing, product, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate requirements into effective and user-friendly dashboards.
  • Integrate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness in the dashboards.
  • Work closely with data engineers and analysts to streamline data pipelines for efficient reporting.
  • Administer and maintain dashboard and reporting systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user access.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data connectivity, visualization tools, and system integrations.
  • Implement automation processes to streamline and schedule regular reporting activities.
  • Explore opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency through automation tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pricing, product management, and performance analysis, to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Perform regular quality assurance checks on dashboards to ensure data accuracy and consistency.  
  • Address any discrepancies promptly and provide support for data-related inquiries.
  • Provide training to end-users on dashboard functionalities and best practices.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for dashboards, data sources, and reporting processes.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in data visualization and reporting.
  • Propose and implement continuous improvements to enhance the overall effectiveness of dashboards and reporting systems.
  • Ensures the accuracy of information entered into the system and testing new features of the system as they are implemented to verify accuracy of procedures.
  • Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
  • Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory consideration. If accountable for the work of others, responsible for their understanding and compliance.

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • Master's degree plus 3 years of digital analytics or customer service analytics, information technology, or marketing communications experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of digital analytics or customer service analytics, information technology, or marketing communications experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility, OR High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of digital, social or consumer services analytics, information technology, or marketing communications experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Experience in dashboard development, data visualization, and systems administration.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in working with SQL databases and data integration processes.
  • Solid understanding of pricing, product, and performance metrics in a business context.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

 

Compensation

  • Hiring Salary Range: $89,100 - $133,700/Year. 
  • Actual compensation amount paid may be lower or higher to be determined by factors other than race and gender such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
