We are looking for an enthusiastic TEAM LEADER to join our TEAM!

Schedule

• 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday;
• Weekends and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations of the site;
• Delegate industrial cleaning tasks to 5-10 team members;
• Provide coaching and training to new employees;
• Perform physically repetitive cleaning tasks such as scrubbing, heavy lifting, bending, pushing and pulling, prolonged standing and walking;
• Must wear proper PPE including safety shoes/boots, protective face wear, and gloves;
• Follow all company safety policies, practices, and procedures;
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minim 2 years of experience as a team lead in an industrial environment;
• Industrial cleaning experience is considered an asset;
• Minimum high school level education;
• Must be able to reliably commute to work;
• Must meet all health and safety requirements;
• Possess a valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
