Keller Williams New Bern is looking for our next Team Leader/CEO (with experience in the real estate industry or licensed to sell RE) to join our highly productive Leadership Team!

This is a dynamic role in a gorgeous community surrounded by two rivers and lots of history.

Keller Williams New Bern has risen to be the top real estate office in the area. Approximately 200 agents are affiliated with Keller Williams New Bern and they enjoy a culture of productivity, support and team spirit. Our office includes agents that practice Residential as well as Luxury and Commercial real estate.

Our Vision is to expand this #1 real estate office with more productive agents, increase our already dominant market share and continue our culture of productivity and fun!

Your role will be to grow and lead the office and to exemplify an exceptional level of service to our agents and clients. You will be implementing the cutting edge Keller Williams technology to assist our agents in having businesses worth owning and lives worth living.

This position is available immediately for the right candidate!

• Work from: Keller Williams Market Center in New Bern, NC
• Report to: the Operating Principal, Donna Harmatuk
• Hours: 830a-530p
• Pay: $150,000-$200,000
• Benefits: Paid Vacation, Sick Leave, and 401K with matching available (after one year of employment).
