Provides administrative support to the Program Administrators and Nurse Evaluators of the Traumatic Brain Injury and Nursing Home Transition and Diversion Waiver Programs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides administrative support to the Program Administrators (Regional Resource Development Specialists on the TBI and NHTD Waiver Programs) and Nurse Evaluators for the Traumatic Brain Injury and Nursing Home Transition and Diversion Waiver Programs.
- Answer calls that come in to both waiver programs, direct calls to the proper person, take initial referral information and fill out waiver forms while on the phone.
- Assist in coordinating referrals as they go through the process of evaluation.
- Assist in filing of documents, both initial storage and archiving.
- Assist in and be knowledgeable of waiver tracking systems and both program's data bases.
- Types all correspondence, maintains a filing system for the Program Administrator and be available to take minutes for program meetings, and other meetings as assigned.
- Be able to utilize existing letter templates and correspondence for the two waiver programs.
Assist with scanning documents as directed. - Track and handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and dropped off documents.
- Have reliable transportation and be able to travel between Headway and other People-Inc sites if needed.
- Complies with all agency policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates degree or better
- 1 years of office experience
- Excellent Phone skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office
