The Role
Korn Ferry is seeking a Talent Acquisition L&D -Training and Onboarding Associate who reports to the Client Project Manager. This may require a Hybrid working arrangement in the future, working 3 days per week at our KF Dallas office location and the other 2 days remotely from your home office.
In this role you will contribute to Korn Ferry’s growth and profitability goals by delivering best-in-class support services to our clients and colleagues. Working as an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for training colleagues on the full recruitment process at our assigned client, as well as supporting the full new Recruiter on-boarding experience- from securing proper equipment and tools for success, to auditing for compliance to employment requirements on the focused account. You will also develop continuous improvement initiatives whilst considering client operational goals.
The L&D - Training and Onboarding Associate will:
- Develop an in depth and detailed understanding of the client hiring process, workflow and steps to success aligned
with agreed upon Key Performance Indicators. - Provide the team with full insight and training in the global recruitment process, as well as any deviations as dictated
by local legal recruitment compliance. - Responsible for making sure the team are aware of any updates and changes in process that will impact how they
work and collaborate with stakeholders. - Work closely with KF Quality Auditors and Team leads, as well as the Client Points of Contact (POCs) and other
L&D Partners to identify further training opportunities within the team. - Proactively design training schedule with continuous improvement initiatives in mind.
- Drive team participation and engagement with learning opportunities within the KF internal learning curriculum.
- Use data and quality metrics to report training impact to client stakeholders in both formal and informal forums.
- Need a background in providing support, an attitude that fosters customer satisfaction, a "can do" frame of mind, and
respond well to all manner of potentially difficult situations.
Skills and Experience
- Ability to go onsite to 2101 Cedar Springs Road, Dallas TX 75201 as required
- High School Diploma Required
- 2+ years of relevant experience in developing training curriculum and supporting on-boarding programs
- Prior/current experience and familiarity with recruitment in a technology driven preferred
- Demonstrated experience in creating training content then delivering successfully to team members in an interactive
and engaging manner - Training certification(s) helpful
- Advanced proficiency in Google docs or MS Office
- Excellent planning and organizing skills; able to “juggle” responsibilities effectively in a high volume, fast-paced
service environment - Advanced presentation skills, with internal and external stakeholders
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively with client and at all levels and across diverse cultures
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, be adaptable and willing to learn
- Ability to analyze fairly complex data and develop sound recommendations and solutions
