The highly qualified Talent Acquisition Specialist we seek:

• Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with organizing, maintaining, and administering the functions related to the Talent Acquisition for the organization including sourcing, recruiting, orientation, and on-boarding.
• Administer the recruiting, selection, hiring and onboarding processes from beginning to end for Non-Exempt employees.
• Pro-actively resource talent through various methods including job fairs, professional organizations, advertising, networking, etc.
• Screen, evaluate, and refer qualified applicants for position vacancies to the appropriate Division Manager.
• Conduct all background checks, references, pre-employment physicals, drug screening, and other as requested.

Requirements for the Project Manager and Project Manager Senior:

• Associates Degree in Human Resources or a closely related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of professional human resources experience required in Talent Acquisition, or an equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and/or experience.

Pay: $37,600.00 - $52,100.00 per year
