We are currently looking to add a Junior Recruiter/Entry Level Talent Acquisition Specialist to our team. The Junior Recruiter/Entry Level Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the overall growth of SROA through the sourcing and recruitment of top talent for open roles.
This opportunity is based in West Palm Beach, Florida (not remote).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract and nurture diverse talent pipelines, contributing to the development of new recruitment strategies for assigned business units.
- Post and advertise job openings, collaborating with hiring managers to identify additional efforts required for successful position fulfillment.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and facilitate virtual live interviews.
- Support the interviewing process, working closely with hiring managers to schedule and confirm interviews.
- Provide hiring managers with shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Assist in generating comprehensive HR reports, highlighting key metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.
- Conducting research to recommend effective recruiting strategies for the assigned business unit.
- Uphold an exceptional candidate’s experience throughout every touchpoint in the recruiting process.
- Manage candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System promptly.
- Ensure adherence to legal hiring methods and enhance interviewing skills.
- Guarantee compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations in all recruiting activities.
- Manage additional projects that advance the HR department’s strategic goals.
Job Requirement
- 1+ years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment/Sales roles
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in attracting candidates through diverse sources, including social media networks, employee referrals, networking, and other channels for recruiting passive candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively with the team
- Strong relationship-building skills
