The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the management of full lifecycle recruitment and the team member onboarding experience on specific business units assigned. The Specialist will review position requisitions, post positions, actively recruit, screen candidates, schedule, and conduct phone and in-person interviews, and make offers of employment. The position will coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding for new team members. This position is a hybrid role working remotely and onsite. Our corporate office is based in Gainesville, Florida. This position will require travel to Colleges and Universities in the Florida area.
- Competitive compensation ranging from $50,000 - $55,000 per year with total compensation ranging from $60,000 - $65,000.

- This position will develop strategies in support of Talent Acquisition and will build relationships with business leadership and Human Resources Advisors to align talent pipeline needs; partners with Human Resources Business Partners, compensation, and hiring manager to prepare competitive and fair offers for internal and eternal talent
- Supports Talent Acquisition Director in developing, implementing, and maintaining numerically measured standards and tracking systems to maximize productivity, reduce costs, and improve operating performance
- Ensures all hiring policies and procedures are consistently applied and that best practice recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruiting process
- Performs Talent Acquisition activities to support all business units including but not limited to the following:
- Performs full cycle recruiting across all functions and geographies of the business and builds robust talent pipelines
- Identifies staffing drivers in assigned business units and works with hiring managers to develop staffing plans and identify target sources
- Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple functions and works continuously to remain informed on business needs
- Acts as Talent Advisor, consulting with assigned department hiring managers to develop appropriate sourcing strategy; external market conditions, and all aspects of the recruitment process including compliance, sourcing, recruitment marketing, interview & selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Sources applicants, screens resumes, interviews, and evaluates candidates, and provides a short list to hiring managers that meet each roles’ requirements
- Partners effectively with hiring managers to determine staffing solutions and identify, engage, assess and on-board talent within defined times to fill
- Ensures a positive experience at all stages of the recruitment process
- Ensures timely and accurate documentation of activities
- Uses metrics and tools to monitor own performance. Collects and seeks ways to analyze and use data to meet defined goals, reduce costs, and improve operating efficiencies
- Maintains professional knowledge by reading professional publications, attending educational workshops and trade association meetings; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies

- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or minimum four years of military experience
- Two (2) years’ experience in Talent Acquisition and/or a sales role required
- Minimum internet speed of 10 Download/5 Upload
- Must be able to use technology, tools, and metrics to recruit and analyze trends
- Proven interpersonal relationship building with ability to influence without direct authority
- Must have a demonstrated track record of success managing multiple deliverables and client groups in a fast-paced business environment
- Have strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening, presentation), with the ability to articulate matters in a concise, compelling and transparent manner to a range of audiences (executive, team, candidates, etc.).
