Our fast-growing fitness company is seeking an experienced HR person to provide support to the CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative, operational, and customer-facing tasks, including recruiting, travel booking, billing, sales, customer service, follow up phone calls after each sale, quick books, and shipping heavy packages at UPS. This HR person will be hiring salespeople but will also play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting and hiring processes, including posting job listings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Handle travel booking and logistics, including arranging flights, hotels, rental cars, and other transportation.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of company operations, including sales data, financial records, and customer information.
- Process billing and invoicing for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
- Assist occasionally with sales in person including outreach to potential clients and promoting our fitness equipment to prospective buyers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering customer inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with other administrative tasks, including filing, organizing files, and coordinating with other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar hiring position.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and team members at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Associates degree or higher is preferred but not necessary
