Talent Acquisition Manager

Our New York office is seeking a* Talent Acquisition Manager* to join our team.

With passion and energy, you will help us achieve our ambitious US growth plans. You will play a vital role in helping maintain the working culture in our New York office, as well as our remote teams in California and Florida.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has solid Recruiting and Culture experience, ideally in a high-growth organization, and is now looking to have an enormous impact in a fast-growing business seeking to double its size in the next 12 months.

Responsibilities:*

Work alongside Director of Operations and Management team to prioritize hiring needs

• Lead all sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
• Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, assessment, interviews, and communication)
• Measure and report on recruitment KPIs
• Ensure that Talent Acquisition projects fall in line with organizational objectives
• Participate in and host recruitment events to drive brand awareness
• Cultivate a culture of excellence and develop clear objectives
• Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates
• Work alongside our marketing department to build and execute hiring, talent, and recruitment marketing strategies

3+ years of recruiting experience within the Real Estate industry

• Experience recruiting in a high-growth environment
• Strategic, influential, and confident in building relationships with employees at all levels

• Extremely goal-oriented, enthusiastically meets and exceeds goals, and enjoys taking on new challenges

Salary will be measured according with experience

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
