Responsibilities:*

Work alongside Director of Operations and Management team to prioritize hiring needs
- Lead all sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
- Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, assessment, interviews, and communication)
- Measure and report on recruitment KPIs
- Ensure that Talent Acquisition projects fall in line with organizational objectives
- Participate in and host recruitment events to drive brand awareness
- Cultivate a culture of excellence and develop clear objectives
- Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates
- Work alongside our marketing department to build and execute hiring, talent, and recruitment marketing strategies

3+ years of recruiting experience within the Real Estate industry
- Experience recruiting in a high-growth environment
- Strategic, influential, and confident in building relationships with employees at all levels

Salary will be measured according with experience
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
