The Role

  • Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, assessment, interviews, and communication) - Full Cycle Recruitment
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop a comprehensive recruiting strategy that supports our growth goals while ensuring alignment with our values and culture
  • Lead all sourcing and build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
  • Measure and report on recruitment KPIs via Greenhouse (ATS), Lattice and bi-weekly 1:1s with SVP of Talent and People
  • Drive recruiting process best practices, continuously optimizing processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
  • Ensure that Talent Acquisition projects fall in line with organizational objectives
  • Participate in and attend recruitment events to drive brand awareness
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence and develop relationships with hiring managers
  • Create recruitment strategies and conduct direct reach out to passive candidates
  • Work alongside our marketing department to build and execute hiring, talent, and recruitment marketing strategies

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in recruiting within the digital media, performance marketing or related industries
  • Prior experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Strong data-driven expertise and experience using data to drive recruiting decisions and outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • A great attitude and the ability to to remain calm under pressure and positive!

  • Compensation Range: $100,000 - $125,000

Must be located or willing to relocate to New York City Metropolitan Area


  • This range represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of adMarketplace in the New York office. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
