Mobile Vascular Physicians, MVP, is an industry-leader in vascular care. We provide concierge vascular and interventional services to long-term care facilities throughout New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. What You Will Do
- Recruit clinical and non-clinical staff including but not limited to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, Certified Surgical Techs, Radiology Techs, Ultrasound Techs, Collections Coordinators, Billing & Coding Specialists, Account Managers, Administrative, Inventory, Finance and Scheduling positions
- Work with HR Director and management team to forecast hiring needs and ensure the recruiting process runs smoothly and builds an engaging experience for candidates
- Meet with hiring managers to conduct intake session, update job description, identify competencies and discuss hiring needs and formulate a recruitment strategy
- Research and determine ad placement to target top quality candidates
- Review resumes, screen, interview and recommend initial selection of candidates to hiring managers
- Coordinate onsite and virtual interviews, background checks, drug screens, and clinical checks
- Ensure all new hire paperwork is complete
- Develop relationships with universities, colleges, technical schools, job fairs and professional networking events to attract talent
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to source and identify passive talent for current and future openings
- Coordinate and track employee referral award program
- Post jobs on Indeed, LinkedIn and other job boards
- Verify exclusion lists and certifications to ensure that candidate meets requirements
- Conduct reference checks
- Gather and analyze data to provide key metric reports to HR Director and Executive team
- Recommend new approaches to effect continual improvements and efficiencies of department and services performed
- Follow up regularly with HR Director to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Handle confidential and proprietary information appropriately
- Other duties and projects as assigned
What We Need in You
- 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in business or in a related field preferred
- Proven track record of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Applicant tracking and onboarding experience required
- Previous experience with situational, behavior and competency-based interviewing
- Prior experience recruiting in multiple states, knowledge of states laws including but not limited to New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania
- Must be proficient in MS Office 365 suite
- Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong initiative, ability to anticipate issues proactively
- Ability to succeed in a fast paced, multi priority setting
- Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives

PAY RATE: $28.85/hour-$33.65/hour ($60,000-$70,000)
