Location: Flix Brewhouse, Round Rock TX - (in office position) Requires up to 20% travel.

Salary: $17-18/hour, including benefit package

As our Systems Support Specialist, you will assist in supporting and maintaining our Point of Sale, Projection, Sound, AV, and Internal IT systems for cinemas (including but not limited to: Hardware, Software, and Database Maintenance). This position works as part of a team of Technology professionals that provides support to our peers in the field. The Systems Support Specialist will collaborate closely with local theater tech specialists and cinema managers, as well as corporate leadership to provide reports and other information as needed.

To succeed in this role you will need:

• Familiarity with Point of Sale software (specifically Vista and Toast) is a plus and 2+ years of projection experience preferred.
• Experience in Networking, Windows & Microsoft 365 Support, along with hardware installation preferred.
• Experience in troubleshooting network issues, network testing, tracing, and high-level ability to troubleshoot, service, and repair equipment.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical support for a mid-size organization with a technical degree preferred.
• Effective Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
• Detail-oriented and ability to follow established protocols and processes.
• Ability to write and understand basic SQL queries.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines; solve problems requiring creativity, initiative, and drive; self-motivated.
• Service-oriented disposition with willingness to go the ‘extra mile’ to connect and coordinate with internal experts and third-party vendors in support of a resolution of the issue for the end user.
• Bachelor of Science in a computer/technology-related field preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
