About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- User onboarding/offboarding (new accounts, equipment, remote access, access badge, etc.)
- Setting up new laptops/desktops, overseeing laptop/desktop management, and manage solutions for laptop/desktop software distribution.
- Building and maintaining hardened endpoint operating system configurations
- Triage all incoming tickets
- Provide technical support to users via phone, chat, email and tickets (SME)
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support for PC related problems, Office 365, and VPN connectivity
- Maintain end-user installation and configuration procedures, documentation, knowledge base articles and training information
- Assist with application support for 3rd party applications, technology services, etc.
- Host regular IT Operations recurring meetings going over performance dashboards, outstanding issues, change management, etc.

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant technology and working experience is required to ensure tasks are completed with minimal supervision
- Demonstrates a client-service attitude and aptitude
- Experience with technologies including, but not limited to, Windows, Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, Teams, Microsoft 365, networking, security tools, ticketing systems, typical end user hardware
- Working knowledge of ITIL and ITSM
- Ability to follow standards, processes, and procedures within the scope of the company Cybersecurity Program
- Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal formats to all levels within the organizations as well as communicate directly with customers on new projects and/or issues with the business
- Self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
