This position is located at Bureau of the Fiscal Service, ARC, Human Resources Operations Division, Workforce Relations Branch. As a Supervisory HR Specialist (Employee and Labor Relations), you will be responsible for providing the day-to-day oversight & administrative/technical supervision of Specialists for the Labor & Employee Relations Line of Business.

Specialized Experience For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes interpreting and applying Title 5 regulations, agency policies, negotiated labor agreements or federal case law in order to serve as a consultant to management officials on a variety of Employee Relations (ER) and Labor Relations (LR) matters. Examples of such experience may include:
- Providing advice and guidance to management on human resources issues related to performance or disciplinary action; OR
- Coordinating and processing cases involving reports of investigation, removals, involuntary separations or other adverse actions; OR
- Resolving work-related or personnel problems through discussions with employees and supervisors, review of records and reports and reference to established procedures and policies; OR
- Providing advice, guidance, and assistance to managers to ensure compliance with the appropriate human resources law, regulation, or policy; OR
- Developing or reviewing draft agency policies on human resources or related topics.
In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
For the GS-13, you must have been at the GS-12 level for 52 weeks.Education:
