SR. HR Specialist
Canonsburg, PA
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gathering employee payroll information from each facility.
- Recruitment, post the ad, evaluate the candidates, arrange interviews, etc.
- Preparing offer letters
- Onboarding and Offboarding.
- Preparing Payroll and HR-related reports
- Handle internal inquiries and complaints.
- Manage the company's insurance policies, including liability, workers' compensation, auto liability, and other types of insurance.
- Working with the HR Director to resolve issues at the facility level for individual location and coverage problems.
- Will work as project leader on HR-related issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field
- Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment.
- ADP system experience (required)
- HR Reporting System experience
