The Bilingual HR Logistics Specialist will be based in Middletown, PA and is tasked with ensuring that all needs are met for team members moving from outside of the state or country. This includes direct hire team members as well as visa team members (TN/H2A). This role will develop and maintain programs for relocated team members including relocation services, housing, lease agreements, transportation community acclimation and more.
Job Description:
Team Member Relocation
- Contact all eligible relocation candidates to describe process
- Conduct all new candidate placement interviews (direct hire and contractor)
- Coordinate travel of all relocated team members (airport shuttle, arrival, hotel coordination etc.)
- Manage hiring process for all relocated team members
- Manage screening processes for all relocated team members
- Greet all relocated team members and walk them through process
- Facilitate all team member related issues and filter them to proper resource
- Perform Engagement/retention interviews with all new relocated team members
- Conduct weekly check ins with all new relocated TMs
Housing Coordination
- Maintains occupancy lists and assigns housing in accordance with established procedures or instructions.
- Monitors the assignment of tenants to available Housing units.
- Prepares regular reports concerning housing occupancy, vacancy, placement and other related activities.
- Performs pre-occupancy vacating, and routine inspections; prepares deficiency reports including photos of conditions; and prepares reimbursement requests where tenant responsibility for damages are apparent.
- Conducts joint tenant inspections to evaluate the cleanliness, maintenance, and habitability of the unit, furnishings, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinates the storage, handling, inventory, and movement of furniture, furnishings, key/codes or equipment, and maintains records concerning inventory, placement, and condition of company assists.
- Submits and coordinates the maintenance, repair, or other work required and conducts follow-up inspections to verify that discrepancies are corrected.
- Receives and processes routine TM complaints or requests for repair or maintenance of inoperative, damaged, or broken fixtures, furnishings, equipment, or structures
- Act as a liaison and mediator for housing issues that may arise
- Participates in resolving a variety of housing problems by assembling facts, evaluating information, and drafting reports which can be used as the basis for recommendations, interpretations, and decisions by management on housing eligibility.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for TM housing concerns and complaints;
- establish relationships with landlords to assist in locating appropriate housing
Recruiting
- Own the relocation process for all relocation talent pipelines
- Manage relationship with agency partners
- Manage TN Visa, H2A, referral and other pipelines
- Conduct Initial phone screenings
- Visit target area 4x per year (boots on the ground)
- Act as fill in for local recruiting as needed
- Attend career fair/hiring events and community sourcing activities
Administrative Duties
- Track retention of all relocated team members
- Keep master list of all company owned housing tenants
- Track retention of company owned housing tenants
- Manage off pay for all company owned housing charges
- Manage off pay for all local transportation charges
Team CVFF
- Participate in all cross functional CVFF & HR team meetings and activities.
- Challenge status quo across organization.
- Participate in community events.
- Attend all cross functional meetings as needed
- Help incorporate new ideas into the production system
