The Technology Governance Division's (TGD) Administrative Support Analyst handles analytical support tasks and provides consultative services in a variety of administrative functions for the Division Chief, TGD managers, and staff. The position:

  • Serves as a single point of contact for the Division on a variety of analytical and administrative projects and services.
  • Creates and maintains process and procedure documents for various division efforts.
  • Independently researches, gathers, and analyzes materials and information needed for TGD projects, assignments, and meetings.
  • Develops presentations using PowerPoint, and coordinates with colleagues, coworkers, management, and/or other stakeholders to facilitate and/or deliver presentations.
  • Originates reports and tracking systems, and communicates project/assignment information to TGD managers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Reviews and edits reports, documents, and correspondence for appropriate grammar, punctuation, and formatting.

This position is headquartered in downtown Sacramento, CA and may be eligible for telework under EDD's telework policy. Employees are required to report to their headquarters office, as needed. Travel expenses to and from the assigned headquarters are the responsibility of the employee.

Statement of Qualifications Requirements

Background Investigation Requirement
