Job Overview
We are currently searching for a new Senior Project Manager to join our Execution Center of Excellence (ECoE) team. This role with focus on delivering on large scale and/or firm wide initiatives that could use various execution structures (i.e. Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing project initiatives with varying degrees of complexity across the organization in support of the firm's strategy.
- Regular interaction with senior inter/cross-departmental leadership, as well as executive and c-level firm leadership.
- Requires Strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to operate in a highly dynamic multi-tasking environment with demonstrated ability to creatively define, develop, and execute plans to deliver complex solutions.
- Oversees and accountable to all schedules, resources, quality, achievements, problems and Issues, constraints and dependencies while adjusting to revised milestone plans as needed.
What are we looking for?
We want strong project management skills with experience executing within Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid structures. We are looking for people who demonstrate strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills. Individuals that thrive in a fast paced atmosphere with the confidence to adjust and adapt as priorities change.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in business administration, analytical disciplines or project management is a plus.
- Typically, 3-5 years of related professional project management experience in the financial services/brokerageindustry is desired.
- Experience in technology integration, product management, process improvement and organizational transformation is strongly desired.
- Ability to utilize experience, presence and poise to build the respect and trust of senior management and other highly driven and independent professionals.
- Display strong work ethic, effective written and oral communication skills and ability to use diplomacy to establish consensus and move work forward is an imperative.
- CAPM or PMP, Scrum Master and SAFe Agile certifications are desired, Lean Enterprise or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is a plus

- Proven ability to manage concurrent complex projects and prioritize delivery.
- A range of agile, SAFe 5.0, change management, program management, business, and leadership skills preferred.
- Possesses strong interpersonal and behavioral skills to lead teams and individuals
- Developed oral and written communications skills to effectively manage information distribution and performance reporting associated with project delivery
- Demonstrated ability for problem solving and conflict resolution
- Ability to deploy change management approaches, best practices and tools that will support the transformation introduced with complex programs.
Pay Range:
$86,640-$129,960/year
The salary range is dependent on a number of factors, including the applicant's skill, experience, and work location.
