Feedback Loop: OS PlatformsProject Manager partners with Support Engineers to identify and manage mitigation efforts in regards to impact and cost to AppleCare Build and deliver product feedback reports to drive action with partners as necessary Facilitate AppleCare support improvement projects with engineering partners Collaboration: Represent AppleCare and customers, sharing customer support insights with engineering, marketing and other partners to improve product reliability and supportability Partners with analysis and reporting teams to understand overall support impact Comfortable with ambiguity Contribute to product quality assessment by analyzing customer product feedback, case data, escalations and other data sources Project Management: Lead meetings and maintain documentation to communicate project status Reports product issues to Apple Engineering and Product Marketing, prioritizing as necessary; Hosts meetings as appropriate to present and respond to customer issues Works closely and maintains relationships with business partners (such as Software Engineering, Marketing and others) with the objective of resolving support issues Acts as a task force leader by coordinating, planning, and implementing special technical projects which may require providing work direction to other employees Act in a supervisory role on a project by project basis
