Job Title: Sr. HR Analyst
 

Work Location: Newark, New Jersey (HYBRID)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Human Resources Analyst to join our client's dynamic HR team. The Sr. HR Analyst will be responsible for analyzing HR data specific to the new Production Inflation Act, including developing HR policies and procedures, and providing strategic recommendations to improve processes surrounding this initiative. 

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR analytics, data interpretation, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze HR data and metrics specific to the Production Inflation Act
  • Work as an analyst ensuring compliance with prevailing wage requirements to qualify for nuclear production tax credits. 
  • Will collect, analyze and interpret wage and fringe benefit data to provide insights and ensure prevailing wage compliance. 
  • Key duties include designing and generating wage and fringe benefit reports, conducting analysis to identify compliance gaps, and closing compliance gaps. 
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to track key HR performance indicators.
  • Conduct research and analysis on HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement HR initiatives, programs, and policies.
  • Provide recommendations and insights to improve HR processes, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR projects, such as performance management, talent acquisition, and employee development.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support HR leadership in preparing presentations, reports, and data analysis for senior management and stakeholders.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, OR equivalent 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, HR data analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Proficient in SAP Payroll
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
