POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Data Analyst is responsible for gathering, organizing, and analyzing Human Resource and Financial data used to help drive strategic decisions and work activities for AtlantiCare.
The HR Data Analyst is responsible for collecting Human Resource/Financial data from multiple sources. This position develops standards and ad hoc reports in order to translate the data into charts, graphs, tables, dashboards and scorecards. This position will analyze and interpret the data to identify linear and non-linear relationships and translate findings into business decision and quality improvement drivers. This analysis will be relayed to HR colleagues, Senior Leaders, and other leaders throughout the organization for input, collaboration and support.
The HR Data Analyst gains knowledge of all disciplines of HR in order to effectively float to manage or participate on other bodies of work, which may include annual pay programs, talent management initiatives, recruitment and retention priorities, and technical data-related projects.
This position will work closely with senior leadership, finance, HR Operations, HR Business Partners and colleagues from other internal HR centers of excellence. The Analyst will lead or participate in working groups, councils, committees, as well as managing special projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Associates degree with relevant experience required, Bachelors's degree preferred.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of previous experience in Human Resource and/or business data analysis. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required, particularly Excel and Access. Report writing and data interpretation/presentation skills required. Excellent oral and written communication and problem solving skills required. Strong collaboration and influencing skills preferred.

Demonstrates the competencies as established on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool for this position.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires sitting, standing, walking, stopping, and crouching for a majority of the workday. This position works with such equipment as computer terminal, fax machines, printer, and copier. This position may require occasional lifting.
