Responsible for maintaining employee records, overseeing payroll processing including time reporting, and ensuring compliance with state/federal laws and regulations.
Provides support to the HR, business leaders and team members.
May assist answering employee questions, and supporting employment cycle activities, such as, talent reviews, succession planning, on and off-boarding.
Role Specific Responsibilities:
Payroll tracking and validation
Reconciliation of Labor Hours for Employees from ADP
HR reporting
Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
Assist with New Hire Orientation
Maintain employee records
Assist HR management with HR data analysis and reporting
Assist HR management with HR initiatives and projects
Assist with creating a Workforce Development program
Assist with Company activities
Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database
Review and make recommendations regarding HR documents.
Perform other HR duties as needed. This description is representative but not inclusive of all position responsibilities.

Qualifications Education:
bachelor's degree preferred Candidate must have a minimum of 4 years' experience in an HR role.
