This is a highly visible opportunity for an energetic, self-motivated Supply Chain & Business Operations Analyst. CNC Cabinetry is a growing national Cabinet Manufacturing operation with facilities in 5 states. This position is located in South Plainfield, NJ at our corporate offices. This position requires the ability to work directly with the COO to provide data analysis, coordinate and attend virtual meetings (both domestic and international), as well as track production and inventory operations at 5 domestic manufacturing facilities. Must be driven by numbers and analysis and able to sort through thousands of lines of information to make recommendations that allow the business to prosper and drive profit margins. Will need to be capable of utilizing Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, Excel, and all other MS Office applications. NetSuite ERP background is a big plus.
This highly visible role will provide the analysis needed for a growing company to strategically place itself in a growing market within the Cabinet Manufacturing industry. We are looking for a solid understanding of Manufacturing and potentially Lean Operations and Continuous Improvement exposure, but this is an analytical role that will be the right hand to the COO. No task is too small, and no insight/analysis should be taken for granted. Communications, scheduling, and travel arrangements to vendors, facilities, and overseas operations will fall within the scope.
Responsibilities:
- Able to apply knowledge of manufacturing, inventory, logistics, and operations to work through and analyze data, and then create thoughtful, concise, and thorough recommendations on current business needs, trends, and industry forecasts.
- Work directly with the COO to manage workflow on his desk in a timely manner.
- Track and analyze daily inventory trends and production flow for 5 locations in the US.
- Tracks key performance indicators to help the company achieve production and operations targets and profitability margins.
- Handle scheduling for trips and travel both domestic and international, and virtually attend international meetings when needed.
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent mastery of Microsoft Office, Excel, Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, Power BI
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or Supply Chain Operations
- 2+ years of related experience
- Net Suite ERP knowledge
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
- Able to prioritize and re-prioritize with little notification
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary - 90,000 to 105,000 (salary is commensurate with experience)
