Job Description: Primary Responsibilities:
"Assist the Director of Compensation in a project to create new job titles for all *** employees globally
"Download relevant employee data from the HRIS (Peoplesoft or comparable)
"Prepare data and analyses requested by the external vendor that we are collaborating with.
"Provide guidance and tools to HR business partners to assign job titles to the employee they support.
"Organize and address requests for changes
"Maintain relevant master files
"Provide data and analysis to the *** Oracle Cloud Project Manager as needed
"Track to project timeline and deadlines
"Collect and import/consolidate submissions from the HR Business Partners of the final business unit mapping files
"Prepare final data file, analyses and summary deck
"Provide ongoing updates and track progress.
Required Experience:
"Job Titling an entire company (or large segment) across numerous Job Families/Functions
"Excel: file consolidation/manipulation, formula writing, Excel functions, pivot tables, and charts
"PowerPoint proficiency
