Sr Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Sr Graphic Designer to join our team! You will create graphics to meet a commercial or promotional need.

Ideal Candidates:

• Collaborates with experienced creative leads to conceive ideas, execute content, and ensure output adheres to brand guidelines and upholds design consistency.
• Oversees client work and ensure the conceptual thinking is deployed
• Partners with account management, strategy, copywriting, and developers to ensure project deliverables and deadlines meet and/or exceed client expectations.
• Provide multiple creative solutions in response to assigned client briefs.
• Presents work to the creative and project teams – making sure to bring a strong conceptual point of view into the conversation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Creatively.
• Work, Create, Ideate and generate inspiring work (Independently).
• Create eye-catching concepts, designs and ideas.
• Handle complex projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain files in an organized manner.
• Coordinate with team members, leadership, client success managers and client representatives.
• Inspire others, work in a team and contribute creatively.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in art direction and design, ideally within a creative and brand-focused agency.
• A solid foundation in layout, colors, and typography.
• Ability to come up with creative solutions and concepts that fully align with client needs.
• Demonstrated history of creating original ideas that pushes brands further.
• Ability to present concepts to internal teams, non-designers and clients.
