Schedule: FT, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities: ...

-Develop creative concepts and design solutions for print and digital media, including but not limited to: marketing collateral, static and animated social media graphics, website assets, advertisements, large-scale graphics, and branding materials.
-Conduct thorough quality checks on all deliverables to ensure accuracy.
-Monitor industry trends, design techniques, and software tools.
-Create visually appealing layouts, illustrations, and graphics that adhere to brand guidelines and project requirements.
-Collaborate with team members and provide constructive feedback.
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Understand digital marketing strategies and concepts and design for marketing-specific outcomes.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in branding and design standards.
- Be adaptable and willing to embrace feedback on designs.

Associate
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's or associate degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
-Experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
-Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or other relevant tools.
-Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and design best practices.
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Experience in motion graphics, video editing, animation, animated GIF creation, photography or videography.
