Position Summary: The Graphic Designer is responsible for graphic conceptualization, production, and execution of print and digital, and social communications for internal and external use. POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (provide details/description, key tasks):
DUTIES:
- Designs a variety of print promotional pieces that adhere to Liberty Alliance brand standards, including mailers, postcards, invitations, brochures, programs, flyers, posters, and signage.
- Develops visual content for the Liberty Alliance digital channels, including email, web and social media.
- Contributes to strategic planning discussions by providing innovative ideas and solutions to help meet business objectives through graphic design.
- Collaborates with internal clients in the development of creative work; collects specific project requirements and develops visual mood boards to share ideas with internal clients and team members.
- Coordinates projects with internal and external vendors, obtaining price quotes and ensuring projects are printed accurately and on time.
- Maintains and organizes graphic files and photos.
- Assists in providing photography services at Liberty Alliance events as needed
- Works closely with cross-functional teams.
- Lend assistance to team members as needed to accomplish leadership objectives.
- Completes all other tasks and duties as needed to help drive Liberty Alliance’s Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our organization’s values.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education (minimum education required): Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design, digital arts, graphic and interactive communications, or closely related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience required.
- Proficient in both Mac and PC operating systems.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Acrobat).
- Working knowledge of hand-coded HTML and CSS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Willing to take on new projects and offer creative solutions and ideas.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Advanced problem solving skills.
- Ability to produce innovative designs that are consistent with the Liberty Alliance brand.
- Ability to work independently and to collaborate with team members and other departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to provide a creative portfolio for presentation if selected for an interview.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Must be physically able to operate various machines and equipment, including computers, office equipment, telephones, etc. Physical demands are essentially those of sedentary work. Tasks may require extended periods at a keyboard or workstation. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. Exposure to indoor and outdoor settings.

Tampa, FL (onsite/hybrid)
