ResponsibilitiesThe Director of the Center forFraternity & Sorority Organizational Wellness within the Department of Fraternity and Sorority Life provides a comprehensive analysis of Fraternity and Sorority Life member and organizational success with special emphasis in the areas of analytics, data visualization, research, and predictive modeling.
Responsible for planning, administering, reviewing, and evaluating activities of the Center forFraternity & Sorority Organizational Wellness within the Department of Fraternity and Sorority Life. Responsible for program design and the development and implementation of goals, objectives, data policies, and research procedures related to the Center forFraternity & Sorority Organizational Wellness within the Department of Fraternity and Sorority Life. Monitors community needs and coordinates the exploration and development of new and expanded engagement for the advancement of Fraternity and Sorority Life members.
Leads the development of predictive models for Fraternity and sorority success. Requires the use of database management, analytics, and inferential statistics as well as close coordination with directors and data custodians. Oversees data entry and analysis of data from multiple points of origin to include research and survey.
Responsible for managing and compiling data for institutional and external publications, strategic departmental reporting and for the administration of surveys and other modes of data collection to appropriately document the information to be used for institutional analysis. Responsible for assisting in the management of survey requests and for the development and execution of communication plans and strategies to improve survey participation.
Directs program activities within Fraternity and Sorority Life related to Fraternity and Sorority success, including but not limited to supervision of full-time staff, doctoral graduate fellows, and statistical analysis of organizational metrics.
Develops Center budgets; plans and monitors Center expenditures; monitors Center revenues for services purchased by external Center members; prepares financial reports for the Center as required by law, with careful attention to fiscal policies of the University.
Serves on University committees, as requested, develops and maintains partnerships with academic departments involved with the Center.
QualificationsA Bachelor's degree and six years of experience related to academic and/or student services; or a high school diploma or equivalent and ten years of experience. (Note: a combination of post high school education and related experience equal to ten years.)

- Ability to strategically plan and serve as a catalyst for organizational change, cultivate a shared vision with others, and motivate others to transfer vision into action.
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of project planning, development, and evaluation.

- Skill in preparing clear and concise reports, policies, procedures, correspondences, and other written materials.
