Roger West, a leading digital marketing agency in the Southeast and Tampa's Small Business of the Year '22 is looking for the elusive "Purple Squirrel" - a being who can do it all and isn't supposed to exist - a Web and Graphic Designer with strong print, digital AND web design experience.

Our team is collaborative, fun, knowledgeable and committed to our clients. They are awesome, so we are looking for a talented and skilled web and Graphic Designer to join them in delivering engaging design solutions for our clients. In this role you’ll be doing all the things: creating websites, wireframes, comps, landing pages, emails, display and retargeting ads, infographics, eBooks, presentations, banners, print, etc.

The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ yrs. experience in an Ad Agency or marketing department servicing large enterprise clients.
- Excellent understanding of visual design and a passion for the user experience.
- Excellent foundational graphic design skills.
- Mastery of InDesign, XD, Illustrator, Photoshop or Figma.
- Experience with HTML, CSS or JavaScript.
- An online portfolio that demonstrates the above - we'd love to take your word for it, but we sort of need proof?
- An appreciation for cornhole, alligators, tacos and sarcasm.
- Desire and flexibility to work on a variety of team projects.

**This is not a remote position. We value real human interaction and office laughter. Local Tampa Bay candidates and prior agency experience preferred. Hybrid options available after an in-office onboarding period.
