Job Summary:
The Senior Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the corporate office, working with and serving as backup to the Executive Assistant. This position involves a combination of administrative, organizational, and communication tasks to support the corporate team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support and office management to the corporate team
- Handles general office tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, processing mail, and maintaining an organized office environment
- Serves as backup to Executive Assistant, of which a primary responsibility is backup for biweekly payroll processing
- Handles confidential and sensitive information with tact, discretion, and diplomacy
- Schedules meetings and assists in organizing meetings and events
- Assists in managing corporate office expenses
- Fields general phone calls and emails, routing to appropriate individuals
- Creates and maintains Outlook distribution lists
- Assists in preparing and distributing correspondence, presentations and reports as needed
- Assists in maintaining and organizing office files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents as needed
- Assists with data entry as needed
- Special projects as needed
- Assists with Human Resources administration and record-keeping
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
