Joining Carta Healthcare as a Sourcing Recruiter means stepping into a pivotal role where you'll be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier talent to fuel the growth of our organization. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll be tasked with sourcing and maintaining a steady stream of qualified candidates across various healthcare roles. Your success in this position hinges on your exceptional sourcing abilities, proven track record of locating passive candidates, and a deep understanding of the healthcare sector.
This will initially be a 1099 contract position with the opportunity to convert to full time.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively sourcing and engaging potential candidates through diverse channels like direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Focusing 80% of your time on sourcing passive talent with nursing or quality experience within health systems.
- Managing candidate pipelines and nurturing relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.
- Providing regular updates on sourcing progress, candidate pipeline status, and market insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitoring key metrics related to sourcing activities such as candidate outreach, response rates, and conversion rates.
- Analyzing sourcing data to pinpoint areas for enhancement and fine-tune sourcing strategies for maximum efficiency and impact.
- Tracking all key metrics that demonstrate the effectiveness of the sourcing recruiting strategy and adjusting direction as needed.
What You'll Need:
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting Nurses or Physicians.
- Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques like Boolean search and data mining.
- Experience with Greenhouse is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter is essential, with bonus points for familiarity with other outbound sourcing tools like SeekOut, Hire Ez, and Contact Out.
- Demonstrated success in delivering qualified sourced candidates within a metrics-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with high standards of professional behavior and ethics.
- Flexibility to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced, and dynamically changing environment.
