We do offer flexibility with hybrid opportunity.Alternate locations may be considered in the Midwest including Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, or Missouri or  Southeast including Georgia, Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, South Carolina, & North Carolina.  Job Purpose and Impact The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant - University Recruiting and Diversity Sourcing will partner to lead, develop, and drive diversity recruiting initiatives and projects. In this role, you will provide thought leadership to consult with stakeholders to support talent strategies, develop and implement tactics and ensure sustainability by integrating efforts into recruiting processes. You will ensure internal client needs are met and help strategically position the organization as an employer of choice with candidates across college and university campuses, national organizations, and virtual recruiting channels. You will partner with colleagues in Talent Acquisitions, Corporate Responsibility, and Diversity Equity and Inclusion to lead initiatives such as our Cargill University thrive Program, early ID programming, and expanding partnerships with key organizations to build a diverse pipeline.  Key Accountabilities Manage, define and measure outcomes of diverse recruiting initiatives by partnering with key stakeholders to ensure the program aligns with business goals and talent strategies.Benchmark and leverage best practices within University Recruiting to influence and support the recruitment, development, and retention of diverse program hires.Build relationships with program participants by supporting personal and professional goals through programming, development, and work experiences.Develop partnerships with diverse universities, multi-culture offices, and national organizations through career service, student leaders, faculty, and/or leadership to generate student interest in the company’s University Recruiting events and opportunities. Ensure a positive experience for each participant in Cargill supported diversity programming and initiatives, including Early ID Programming aligned to engage and develop the participants as well as strengthen the partnership and Cargill brand with the organization.  Effectively train volunteer recruiters within the business on talent program objectives, campus branding, recruiting strategies and candidate assessment.You will work under minimal supervision and independently handle complex issues while referring only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. Other duties as assignedQualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum of four years of related work experienceAbility to travel approximately 10% of the time representing Cargill at national organization events, visiting key universities on campus, and interacting with scholars/hires at events. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSDemonstrated experience building recruitment strategies and relationships with diverse organizations such as Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs), and National Minority Organizations (NMO’s).Experience developing and leading diversity recruiting strategic initiatives and early identification programmingExperience evaluating diversity programs and initiatives results for return on investment, recommendations, and communicating to program sponsors and senior leadership.Project management experience with attention to detail and execution.Building relationships with key internal stakeholders outside of Talent Acquisition such as DEI, Corporate Responsibility, business sponsors and leaders.#LI-ER1 Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet.
