Job Description
We are searching for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Management Full Cycle Recruiter and HR Generalist. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, expertise in talent management, and the ability to lead the implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Additionally, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in onboarding, offboarding, and general HR functions.
Responsibilities:
1. Full Cycle Recruitment:
· Source, identify, and attract top-tier talent for various roles within the organization.
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
· Utilize creative sourcing techniques to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
· Create Job Descriptions for newly created positions by collaborating with Hiring Managers to define core competencies.
2. ATS Implementation:
· Lead the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to enhance recruitment processes in Paylocity HCM.
· Customize and configure the ATS to align with organizational needs and improve efficiency.
· Provide training and support to hiring managers and team members on ATS utilization.
3. Onboarding and Offboarding:
· Coordinate and execute seamless onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a positive and informative orientation experience.
· Assist in the preparation and maintenance of employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
· Manage offboarding activities, conduct exit interviews, and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
· Develop and update onboarding and offboarding workflows in Paylocity HCM.
4. Talent Management:
· Work closely with leadership to identify talent management strategies that support organizational goals.
· Implement and monitor talent development initiatives, performance management, and succession planning.
· Collaborate with teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
5. HR Generalist Functions:
· Provide support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
· Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
6. Process Improvement:
· Conduct thorough assessments of current HR hiring processes to identify areas for improvement.
· Design, develop, and implement streamlined HR hiring processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
· Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and continuously refine processes.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of process improvements.
7. Project Management:
· Lead and manage HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of project goals.
· Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to drive successful project execution.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
· Provide regular project updates and reports to leadership.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent management.
· Demonstrated success in implementing and optimizing ATS systems.
· Demonstrated Experience in Process improvement and Project Management.
· Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
· HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
· Experience in implementing HR technology solutions.
· Familiarity with onboarding and offboarding best practices.
· Knowledge of talent development and performance management.
