Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, is committed to their work, and is ready for an opportunity to grow and develop with a fast-growing PSC.

What will you do in this role:

As a Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to identify and source candidates through diversified means such as internet recruitment, leveraging social media, local and national websites, professional associations, and various networking venues. In addition, you will:

• Actively seek audit and advisory professionals with Public Trust, Secret, and Top-Secret clearances for Federal Agency clients
• Perform phone screens to gather information on candidates' education, experience, training, job skills, and salary requirements.
• Partner with the PSC’s Lead Recruiter and senior leadership to develop, execute and complete the firm’s sourcing strategy to meet business requirements and recruitment goals.
• Build pipelines of potential candidates for pending contracts
• Maintain Applicant Tracking System to ensure accuracy of candidate’s status.
• Draft and extend Offer Letters
• Craft job requisition descriptions and post them on job board sites.
• Represent Castro & Company at University and Virtual Career Fairs.
• Draft reports for weekly Recruiting Meeting

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
• Experience recruiting for a CPA firm or government contractor, as well as cleared candidates is preferred.
• Understanding of Boolean Search Logic and managing candidate experience
• Ability to multi-task and support multiple pipelines at once.
