Recruiting/Talent Acquisitions duties and responsibilities
· Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
· Collaborate with management to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
· Post open positions on professional sites, job boards, and social media.
· Candidate search on LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and other online recruiting platforms.
· Cold call candidates.
· Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
· Assist with interview process, attending and conducting interviews with management.
· Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the firing process.
· Collaborate with management during offer process, help identify salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
· Attend and participates in various job fairs and recruiting sessions.
· Keeping track of hiring metrics and reporting on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
· May perform other duties as required and assigned.
Recruiting/Talent Acquisitions skills and specifications
· 2+ years work experience as a recruiter.
· 1+ years of candidate sourcing experience.
· Extensive knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and other online recruiting programs.
· Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
· Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
· Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of positions.
· Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
· Display a high level of attention to detail, along with excellent organizational skills.
· Ability to work well as a team member.
· Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
· Strong listening and communication skills.
Recruiting/Talent Acquisitions salary
The salary depends upon the work experience and education level.
· Salary: Negotiable with expertise.
· Required Dress Code: Business Casual
· Required Travel: Approx. 5%

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
