Sourcing Specialist - Recruiting

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Recruiter to join our team. As a Construction Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing top talent in the construction industry for our clients across the United States. You will work closely with construction companies to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal Account Managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
• Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process
• Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future opportunities
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in construction recruitment

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of construction roles, skills, and qualifications
• Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
