MOVA International is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who will be instrumental in enhancing our brand's online presence, driving marketing efforts, and boosting e-commerce sales. The ideal candidate is a skilled content creator with a knack for photography and short-form video production with project management skills to coordinate and execute successful influencer marketing campaigns. This position is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing our Social Media strategy to enhance brand awareness, optimize marketing, and boost sales on all platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

Social Media and Content Creation:

• Create engaging and visually appealing digital and video content
• Develop and executing budget with Social Media strategy with Marketing Manager to achieve goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with brand objectives and promotions.
• Oversee day-to-day management of Social Media campaigns to ensure brand consistency, oversee and manage all Social Media accounts.
• Manage and moderate user-generated content, contests, and campaigns.
• Stay updated on Social Media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze Social Media analytics to measure the success of campaigns and content, provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Partnership Marketing:

• Identify and collaborate with influencers, interior designers, and other relevant personalities to promote MOVA Globes.
• Liaise, plan, execute within budget according to brand standards
• Set specific objectives, and report key metrics such as ROI

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in Social Media management or similar role, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
• Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to produce creative content, including graphic design, photography and video.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Experience in managing Social Media advertising campaigns is a plus.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure the performance of Social Media efforts.
• A proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Available to work occasional weekends for special projects or events.
