We are currently looking for a Social Media Manager to help increase awareness and traffic to our digital media flagship sites. Each SMM will oversee the Social Media strategy and direction for their particular vertical. We are looking for five SMMs in total.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for various Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor Social Media channels for trends, topics, and conversations relevant to the brand
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all Social Media channels
- Analyze Social Media data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Social Media marketing
Qualified candidates should possess
-Bachelors Degree in Marketing or relevant experience.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing Social Media content
- Experience with online advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Basic photography skills for capturing high-quality visuals for Social Media posts
- Strong understanding of Social Media marketing concepts and strategies
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms and driving online sales through Social Media channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for Social Media campaigns
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or iMovie
- Familiarity with social listening tools to monitor brand mentions and sentiment on Social Media platforms
