Clutch is looking for a Social Media Manager for a client of ours.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to build, launch, manage, and moderate Social Media communities, ensuring consistency and attention to detail at all times
- Develop strategic roadmaps, campaign recommendations, and solutions by analyzing paid and organic Social Media data
- Collaborate with other teams to design and create best-practice social content for monthly calendars
- Facilitate timely and accurate posting of social content, including resolving any issues with other teams and vendors
- Lead client reporting review, incorporating insights from management tools, digital platforms, and web analytics
- Collaborate with Facebook, LinkedIn, and platform contacts to help optimize campaigns
- Develop and maintain social campaigns using a strong understanding of client business goals and marketing objectives
- Handle client relationships, lead client content review and approval process and resolve any issues
Required skills:
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are required
- Must have prior agency experience
- Food & Bev, Gaming experience is a plus
- Experience with data analytics and Social Media tools
- Great communication, interpersonal, project/time management, and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience running paid campaigns on all social channels and knowledge and proficiency of planning tools.
