RESPONSIBILITIES | ACCOUNTABILITIESThe job responsibilities of our Social Media Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Social Media strategy that aligns with overall marketing goals.
- Identify key Social Media platforms for target audience and create tailored strategies for each.
- Create engaging content for various Social Media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
- Ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions, across Social Media platforms.
- Foster a positive and interactive online community through engagement and dialogue.
- Plan and execute Social Media campaigns to promote company and brand initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and insights.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, Social Media tools and emerging platforms to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective.
- Collaborate with influencers and industry partners for co-promotional opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing team and other stakeholders to align Social Media efforts
- with broader marketing initiatives.
- Track and analyze KPIs to measure success of Social Media efforts including regular reporting on performance.
Required Experience / Skills:
- 5-8 years of Social Media marketing experience
- In-depth knowledge of popular Social Media platforms, their features, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate ideas and execute.
- Experience with Social Media management tools and analytics platforms.
Success in this role will be measured by:

This position is based in the Philly area; candidates must live in the area or be open to relocation. This is an on-site position.
