Title:Associate Social Media Manager - Nuuly
Reports to: Senior Social Media Manager
Supervises: Content Coordinator
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Overview:
The Associate Social Media Manager position at Nuuly plays a crucial role in enhancing our brand's presence on organic social channels. We're seeking a strong communicator who enjoys staying on top of Social Media trends, is analytical, and excels in the execution of Social Media strategy.
In this role, your mission will be to build relationships and brand loyalty among existing and potential customers by extending Nuuly's brand values and exceptional customer experience across all social platforms. You will achieve this by taking responsibility for managing and maintaining the content calendar. You will also
work closely with partners in creative, influencer relations, organic and growth marketing to drive brand awareness. You will also oversee daily community management activities across Nuuly's organic social channels and develop new strategies for community management as needed.
While this isn't a content creation role, you will collaborate closely with the content creation team, sharing
insights and ensuring content concepts align with Nuuly's social strategy.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the real-time accuracy of content calendars across all Nuuly's organic social channels, supervising the Content Coordinator to ensure alignment with key business initiatives and brand moments.
  • Supervise community management efforts, extending Nuuly's exceptional customer experience to social channels in partnership with the Community Coordinator; building relationships with existing brand fans is crucial.
  • Refine the strategy for community management by channel based on guidance from the Senior Social Media Manager.
  • Assist the Senior Social Media Manager in the creation of marketing briefs, brand decks, and other requested documents and reports as needed.
  • Report on social analytics weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually, using provided tools and organic platform resources to drive and reflect brand growth goals. You will work closely with the Analytics Team to translate analytics into actionable insights.
  • Identify trends and incorporate them into Nuuly's content strategy when aligned with the brand, using social listening tools to monitor Nuuly's community and its interests on various social channels; this includes identifying ongoing conversations and trending topics.
  • Oversee regular Sprout refreshes with the Community Coordinator (VIP Lists, tag maintenance, etc.).
  • Ensure strategy execution based on guidance from the Senior Social Media Manager.
  • Liaise with influencer marketing partners to brief influencers on creating on-brand content for organic channels.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Social Media marketing at a brand or agency.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous management experience; you will be managing 1-2 direct reports.
  • Excellent writer and clear communicator with legendary attention to detail.
  • Strategic, analytical and process-driven.
  • Experience working with creatives and understanding of the creative process.
  • Innovative and excited to bring ideas to the table
  • Self-motivated and proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in Social Media with a strong awareness of what's trending in different channels and a finely tuned radar for what's coming next.
  • Accustomed to working on multiple projects at once and can prioritize them with deadlines in mind.
  • Collaborative, flexible and solution-oriented self-starter.
  • Analytical approach to social channels understanding the importance of balancing brand-building with insights.
  • Experienced in publishing content to Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • Experience using social listening tools and project management platforms like Sprout and Asana.
