Job Description
We are currently seeking a Social Media and Content Manager to join the WSFS Bank Communications team. The position will support integrated communications including, content development, thought leadership and Social Media channels. The role will include strategy, writing, posting and monitoring.
The Manager will work with the Marketing department in enhancing the Company's brand and reputation. This role is responsible for independently creating the strategy and curating WSFS' and BMT's social channels, including developing written and visual content and campaigns, posting, monitoring, moderating, data reporting, and responding to audience comments. The incumbent will develop audience mapping and journeys that align with each brand. The incumbent will create and execute digital communication programs that support the Company's goals and drive positive conversation and engagement in the most appropriate channels.
This role will also act as the editor of the Company's content hubs, including editorial approach, scheduling and data review. They will develop content strategy with minimal support across brands from start to finish, including choosing various distributions channels for reach and efficiencies.
Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all social platforms for all lines of business, including managing and monitoring 10 social handles and managing the Company's Social Media ambassador program.
• Help with brainstorming and executing content for platforms that align with Company's image and initiatives. Develop written content, including social posts, blogs, articles, etc., and create visuals as appropriate. Will understand how to engage various audiences on different channels through storytelling.
• This role will use social and CSM tools for publishing and calendaring. The manager will run an editorial CMS platform for the Communications team.
• Create PESO model content to reach various audiences. Use tools to develop graphics to repurpose content. This person will work with executives and Marketing team members on storylines.
• Design and implement Social Media and Content strategies to align with business goals.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging social content daily.
• Monitor and report social metrics and recommend ways to improve it.
• Responsible for providing support for bank-wide events, with some events on weekends or nights to promote on social or the blog.
• Partner with the product team and other business lines to develop monthly editorial calendars.
• Draft, copy edit, proofread, and revise communications.
• Support communications for brand awareness, including the WSFS story, fraud, compliance, etc.
• Support the public relations team as needed.
• Responsible for maintaining current knowledge and adhering to all Bank policies and procedures, within the scope of their job, to ensure compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.
• Must have more than eight years' experience in communications, marketing, journalism or an advertising agency.
• The incumbent must be a creative and self-motivated individual who works collaboratively in a high performance, team environment.
• Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, drive forward key initiatives and manage workflow on simultaneous projects.
• Excellent organization and project management skills are required, and graphic design skills are a plus.
• Must have content marketing, Social Media and writing experience and have experience with conflict/complaint resolution.
• Must have strong written and oral communications skills.
• Experience in created content marketing and social strategic plans to drive ROI for various business lines. Experience in managing multiple brands with presences on prominent Social Media destinations, such as Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube. Graphic skills are a plus.
• The incumbent will contribute to the improvement in the overall Customer experience and Customer satisfaction through the responsibilities.
• Must be creative and analytical with the ability to problem solve.
