Community Association Manager
We are a growing community HOA management firm and we are looking for hard working and forward thinking individual to fill the position of Community Association Manager.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
-Manage a portfolio of Homeowner's Associations and Condominium Associations.
-Attend Board meetings and prepare agenda and facilitation for the meetings.
-Customer Interface - Be the friendly and helpful conduit of communication between individual owners/tenants to the Board of Directors of each community.
-Provide support and guidance to Board members in all areas of fiduciary responsibility
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
-Prior property management or community management experience
-Ability to learn quickly and anticipate co-worker and client needs.
-Ability to stay highly organized, while managing multiple tasks and the demands of homeowners and Board members.
-Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and with the utmost professionalism.
-Intermediate computer skills required, including the MS Office suite of products.
