Compensation- Pay Range $60,000 to $70,000 or more depending on experience, performance, and bonus incentives.

• Manage and monitor our Social Media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Design a multi-channel online marketing strategy for our Social Media accounts with well-written, on-brand content
• Reach out to relevant Social Media influencers and research new media opportunities in our industry
• Work with the Social Media manager to establish our brand’s online identity
• Compile monthly breakdowns of our Google Analytics and Social Media analytics, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities

We’re looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist / Social Media Coordinator / Marketing Specialist to put our law firm on the map. You should be well versed in all aspects of digital/Social Media marketing, have experience creating optimized content across multiple Social Media platforms, and have deep knowledge of the latest digital media trends and current influencers in our industry. Deep experience building a YouTube channel, as well as Instagram, Facebook, and others is key.

You'll be working directly with the law firm founder, Ed Hecht, and our videographer to create daily content for our YouTube channel (and other platforms) and enhance the channel, expand our reach, create daily blogs and get them posted across all Social Media platforms, take over the engagement process for our various channels, work with our Customer Relationship Management to get our daily videos sent out to our entire database (we post original long-form content to YouTube every single day and need someone to learn the CRM to send it to our ever-growing database).

You'll also be working closely with our outside marketing/advertising agency to analyze the results of our paid advertising campaigns, track Google Analytics continually, and report on what's working, what can be improved, etc.

We need someone who has this kind of experience already--especially on the digital and content creation side. The CRM software can be trained quickly. This is an exciting "dive in and do it" opportunity for someone who absolutely loves this stuff and wants to get paid nicely to play in it every day!

• Strong understanding of trends across multiple Social Media platforms
• Must possess excellent communication skills, time management skills, and a strong work ethic
• Can develop dynamic SEO content with text, image, and video
• 2+ years as a marketing coordinator, Social Media specialist, or similar work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or equivalent work experience required
