SalaryResponsibilities:
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for various Social Media platforms
- Monitor Social Media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute Social Media campaigns
- Analyze Social Media data and generate reports on key metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Social Media
Experience:
- Proven experience managing Social Media platforms for a brand or organization
- Strong understanding of web and e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in using Social Media management tools such as Hootsuite
- Familiarity with photography and basic photo editing skills
- Excellent relationship management skills to engage with followers and influencers
- Ability to listen to social conversations and identify trends or opportunities
- Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite for content creation is a plus
