Social Media Influencer Coordinator

Case-Mate is seeking an experience Influencer Coordinator to join its Social Media team. This is an in-office position (not hybrid or remote) at Case-Mate's Atlanta-based headquarters.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Influencer Relations: Forge partnerships with influencers who can make our brand shine brighter than a supernova. You're the matchmaker, and our influencers are the VIPs at the coolest party in town. You'll be responsible for ensuring our influencers have everything they need to make sure our brands and products are the hottest item for their followers
• Content Connoisseur: Channel your inner Spielberg and brainstorm creative content ideas that make our audience hit the share button faster than you can say "viral sensation."
• Trend Tracker: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends, memes, and cultural happenings. Your crystal ball is Twitter, and your radar is finely tuned to the frequency of what's hot and happening.
• Hashtag Strategist: Craft hashtags that are catchier than catchy – they're the Beyoncé of hashtags. We want trends to follow us, not the other way around!

SKILLS

• 2-3 Years managing social influencers
• Extensive knowledge of Social Media platforms - TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, etc.
• Working knowledge of Social Media management software – Sprout Social
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of and the ability to create and edit visually appealing content within Social Media platforms
• Strong customer service skills - must be able to respond promptly to comments, messages and mentions ( both negative and positive).
• Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
